Experimental study on combustion optimization of four-corner tangential boiler for alleviating high temperature corrosion

چکیده

In order to reduce the volume fraction of H2S in water wall area four-corner tangential boiler and achieve purpose alleviating high temperature corrosion wall, a thorough test was carried out on 600MW boiler. The results show that under load is obviously more serious than low load, front other walls, furnace downstream burner generally higher walls. Other areas. reason for this phenomenon uniformity pulverized coal quantity each tube large, air distribution unreasonable, primary secondary are separated, cannot completely cover air; distribution, proper increase total volume, perimeter can significantly H 2 S alleviate corrosion.
